Real Estate Riches, LLC is a full service Real Estate company that specializes in Real Estate Investment Services. We are located in St. Charles, Missouri but serve all of Missouri and Illinois. With over 20 years of experience as well as a Real Estate Broker’s license in the state of Missouri we are confident that we can help.

Chattel Riches is in the business of helping fellow real estate investors maximize the return on residential investment properties. We will value the assets contained in your rental property (chattel and land improvements) and produce an IRS approved depreciation schedule that can be used to significantly reduce your rental property tax liability.

Chattel Riches is a Division of Real Estate Riches, LLC. Both were started by Mickie Ball. She is a Real Estate Broker in the State of Missouri, a Realtor and member of the St. Louis Association of Realtors. To help investors that wanted to take advantage of tax strategies that would help them save money she trained to be a Chattel Appraiser and started Chattel Riches.

As an active real estate investor for many years Mickie’s passion is education. She started mentoring new investors and has added investor services to her business.  She has helped many investors achieve their wealth goals through investing in real estate. Always vigilant for creative strategies to help investors, she learned about Chattels at a seminar in California and realized this was an underutilized strategy that could help investors in Midwest.

After many months of research, Mickie was unable to find a local Chattel Appraiser (Cost Segregation Specialist). And because it was impractical to have an appraiser travel here from the West Coast for herself and other investors, Mickie decided to get the training necessary to be a Chattel Appraiser herself. She is now a Chattel Appraiser and Trainer for E & C Services of Las Vegas, Nevada.

Mickie has owned and operated numerous businesses and managed as many as 25 employees at one time. She has experienced a 24-year nursing career as an Operation Room Nurse and raised two wonderful children. She lives with her husband in her dream home on a golf course in St. Charles, Missouri and continues to learn as much about Real Estate as possible.

Mickie currently owns numerous single-family investment properties as well as a multi-family development that is in progress. She continues to mentor new investors and provide support and education to others. She has recently developed a 3-hour class on the benefits of a Chattel Appraisal for the Real Estate Investor and it is approved by the MREC (Missouri Real Estate Commission) for 3 CEU’s (Continuing Education Units). These classes will be offered, exclusively, at the St. Louis Association of Realtors starting in April of 2008.
